Job Description
We are currently recruiting for our sales operations team due to internal promotions and team growth to head support company site growth.
You will provide exceptional administrative support to our busy sales team by providing quotations for new and existing customers to assist in our growth. The role will provide administrative support and Build and maintain strong relationships with their assigned portfolio of customers.
Working closely and ensuring excellent communication and coordination with the other sales support teams to provide a seamless experience for the customers (internal and external) including business-critical processes such as registrations
This role will allow someone to take the next step in their sales career and work for a leading energy supplier. There is a clearly defined career progression path into sales relationship manager.

About you
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in fast paced environment. Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail.
Role Details:
Salary: Up to £31,017
Bonus: Up to 20% up to £6,203 payable at the end of the contract
Location: KT20 6RP – Agile working after 3 months – Office-based during induction and Training
Working Pattern: Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 at home
Contract type: 12 month contract

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Attend external visits to consultants with Sales Account Managers when required.
- Produce and dispatch contracts through to Signing.
- Process tenders
- Update and maintain various logs including the contract management system, tender logs.
- Produce and run various reports required by the Sales team/the customer.
Requirements and Skills:
- To provide full operational support for the Sales teams.
- Ensure sales are correctly processed by liaising with internal departments and managing despatch of contracts & documentation.
- Prepare reports for Account Managers, handle customer calls, and generally assist in the smooth running of the Operations team function.
- To ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job role
