Daily: Complete all QC testing to a high standard, ensuring compliance to BS EN Standards and internal protocols.

Sample and test the storage tanks in advance of the daily 2pm meeting.

Test daily import and production samples as per PFCs.

Accurately document and immediately report non-conformances to Lab management, Production, Operations and Customer Service departments.

Monitor and record site effluent waste.

Attend the 2pm meeting and be pro-active with instructions required to operations to maintain performance.

Support and provide cover for the emulsion QC role where necessary.

Maintain laboratory equipment.
