Contexte et environnement

Equipment includes - Filling stations, Storage tanks, Transportation equipment, Lifting equipment, Various meters and valves. Warehouse Control and FIFO..

  • Follow procedures and work instructions and assist in the review and technical input.
  • Monitor storage tank gauges and measuring devices including alarm acknowledgement.
  • Operate filling equipment.
  • High weighting on this role for the Operation of Fork Lift Truck, Powered Pallet Trucks and Stacker as well as other lifting devices.
  • Operation of cleaning equipment E.G. Steam cleaners and floor scrubbers.
  • Flush and drain pipe work to prevent contamination as per designated flushing matrices.
  • Provide samples for QC testing.
  • Operation of meters and valves associated with Storage Tanks and Filling Lines.
  • Control housekeeping. Other general duties. (Salt spreading, ETC )
  • Completion of all documentation associated with package filling, package storage, vehicle discharge and pack loading.
  • Perform scales weight checks as per procedure.
  • Participates in Lean and 5s activities in work area and actively complete all Lubes implemented invariant documentation
  • Actively contribute to the NearMiss and Anomoly system.

  • Fork Lift Truck training, Powered Pallet Truck and Stacker Training, Communication skills, Computer Literacy, Functional Skills, Safety and housekeeping skills, Manual handling training.
