The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Activities include carrying out accurate stock reconciliations for Bitumen, investigating and resolving issues where required. Responsibilities involve reconciling the material mass balance on a monthly basis, ensuring all movements in and out are booked within month-end deadlines, and reporting on stock losses/gains at the Preston location. The role also includes coordinating all Preston month-end movements in SAP across sales, supply, stock, and purchasing to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Additionally, provide cover as needed for customer order taking and order entry, as well as handling customer order and invoice queries.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Highly IT literate, with good knowledge of MS applications and preferential SAP knowledge.
- Financially aware, with experience in business administration and knowledge of profit.
