An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven National Account Manager (Indirect Sales) to join a high-performing Major Business Indirect Sales team. This role offers the chance to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic broker and consultant relationships, driving measurable impact across a high-value customer base in a complex and competitive market.
As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of key national accounts and strategic broker partners
- Delivering margin growth and profitable portfolio performance
- Creating and executing effective retention and acquisition strategies
- Leading commercial discussions, ensuring risk is well managed in all contracts
- Working cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience
- Monitoring market and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Producing clear account plans, sales reporting, and performance insight
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in account management, sales or a commercial role
- A strong track record of delivering growth and commercial results
