The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
HSE and compliance: Ensure the warehouse complies with all regulatory and Company HSE requirements. Deliver safe operations in accordance with HSE processes – staff and customers home safe. Ensure team members adhere to all Company Rules and safety policies. Ensure the team receive the appropriate training, PPE and Toolbox Talks are carried out to reinforce HSE. Ensure Safety Moments and REXs are shared with the team, including the use of Stop Cards.
Network / Service: Overall accountability for the charging infrastructure – objective is 98% availability. Oversee day-to-day team operations. Assign tasks to the team and manage priorities. Manage timely commissioning of charging infrastructure. Manage the Preventive Maintenance schedule and ensure deadlines are kept. Manage Corrective Maintenance in a timely manner. Control and monitor stock levels in line with activity and requirements.
Operational tasks: Supervise the team Rota, expenses, and any other administrative duties. Follow KPIs for the team to monitor performance and maintain accurate tracking of tasks. Act as a leader and motivator for the team. Interact with suppliers and monitor their performance. Ensure warehouse is organized and inward/outward logistics are managed, including shipping processes. Manage stock movements and inventories of spare parts and fixed assets. Organize and track maintenance records and inspections for audit purposes.
AC: Develop and manage maintenance plans for pre-planned works, inspections, tests and calibrations.
DC: Manage commissioning, maintenance and contracts during manufacturer's built-in service and post.
Team Resources: Manage the team resources to ensure full cover and that business needs are met. Recruit when necessary and manage the overall team balance.
Qualifications/ Skills Required: Min 3-year experience in Maintenance team and warehouse management, preferably in charging infrastructure and hardware. Thorough understanding of how charging points function and operate – both hardware and software, would be a distinct advantage. Excellent IT skills including MS Office and specifically Excel/PowerPoint. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to liaise at all levels of the Company. Ability to learn and adapt to new tools. Analytical approach to problems. Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards. Ability to analyze data and identify anomalies. Understanding of logistics processes and shipment requirements to the EU. Experience with Microsoft Business Central.
