In relation to Health, Safety and the environment you have a duty to take reasonable care of yourself and of other persons who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work. This means following company rules, training and instruction as necessary, to actively participate in achieving HSE goals and objectives and report any unsafe acts or hazardous conditions and take proactive steps where possible to prevent loss or damage.

Activities:

  • Work to the customers safe working procedures ref FCOP/RA 01-49
  • Complete One Minute Risk Assessments and Tata’s Target Zero (TZ) as required
  • Complete Weekly Safety Inspection for Area 2 FRM
  • Complete POR and Titzel Shift Report
  • Complete Tata SPC records
  • Complete Daily Oil Tank Dip levels
  • Complete Roll Shop Grinding fluid analysis reports (Inc micro-bio)
  • Complete Tricanter Log, shift report
  • Ensure that the measurement of coolant and lubrication parameters are tested and recorded in line with the scope of work and HSE standards, to optimise the running of the customers Rolling mills.
  • Record results from the testing of metal working fluids and lubricants, sending for analysis where necessary
  • Always adhere to both TotalEnergies Marketing UK Limited’s and the customer’s safe working procedures on site.
  • Ensure that any concerns or risks are raised immediately.
  • Provide other specifically agreed production fluid services to ensure timely and efficient mill operation.
  • Build good working relationships with customer, positively promoting TotalEnergies Marketing UK Limited’s.
