What will we need to see from you?

You are an analyst who loves solving problems: you look at data like a puzzle to solve and use tools at your disposal and your common sense to understand what happened, weighing up the different courses of action, and following through to completion. You have great attention to detail, but you are also always keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

You are operationally excellent alongside your team, you ensure processes are kept up to date, and you understand day-to-day responsibilities and KPIs are met.

You are advanced at Excel and have an appetite for using SQL. We don’t require you to write code but running and amending existing scripts is a key skill you will use every day.

You are curious and proactive: we do not expect industry knowledge, but you will need to show you are curious, keen to learn new skills and always try to understand how and why things work the way they do.

You are good at prioritizing effectively: to ensure the most urgent and important tasks are delivered and expectations are managed.

You can build relationships and you are a strong communicator with internal customers: sharing your knowledge of the Pricing engine, you will play a key role in supporting the business on customer queries and helping deliver great customer service.

What is in it for you?

  • An ability to build a career: you will have the opportunity to work with a number of departments which will allow you to understand our business and the energy industry, from metering and consumption to billing and charges.
  • You will be able to improve your big picture perspective & skills by working in a department that understands commercial needs, holds the technical knowledge, and offers operational solutions.
  • You will receive training and development and we will actively support your career development.

We have a wide range of benefits including:

  • Contributory Pension of up to 15%
  • Bonus: up to 20%
  • Life Assurance
