Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
You will deliver high-quality customer care, managing enquiries across multiple channels and supporting the Sales and IC teams with accurate quotations. You will handle waste-input bookings, transport coordination, and all required documentation, while overseeing invoicing, resolving queries, and managing complaints.
You will onboard new customers, support key accounts with reporting and scheduling, and liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth operational, technical, and regulatory integration.
