Total Waste Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of HR / HR Manager to lead the people function for a growing multi-site waste management and recycling business. You will shape strategy and deliver hands-on HR leadership across sites.

Based remotely with regular site travel, you will partner with the senior leadership team, drive change, manage payroll/HR admin, and develop talent, culture and engagement across the organisation.
