WASTE & RECYCLING PROCESSING SPECIALIST REQUIRED TO MANAGE A TEAM OF PRODUCTION STAFF AT A HIGH OUTPUT PLANT.
SALARY: Negotiable Circa £48-50K plus benefits.
LOCATION: You will live in the South Lancashire, North Cheshire or Merseyside area.

YOUR SITE MAY HAVE PROCESSED OR WORKED IN: RDF, SRF, Demolition Waste, Open Windrow Composting, Landfill, Construction Waste, Recycled Aggregates, Biomass, Wood Waste, Scrap Metal, Waste Plastics, In-Vessel Composting, Anaerobic Digestion, Dry Mixed Recycling, Clinical Waste, MBT, MRF, Transfer Station, Green Waste.
ROLE: You lead the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the plant, delivering daily production to required quality, volume and customer standards. You drive performance through KPIs and data, own quality control, and champion Health, Safety and Environmental excellence across all activities. You coordinate closely with contracts, logistics and customers to manage deliveries, resolve operational issues and maintain strong senior-level relationships.
