Project Coordinator – Operations & Compliance
We're looking for a proactive and practical Project Coordinator – Operations & Compliance to support the running and ongoing development of waste and recycling sites
Salary £35-40k plus mileage
Location: North West – You may be based in Chester, Buckley, Mold, Wrexham and surrounding areas.
There will be regular travel between company sites
About the Role
Working closely with the General Manager and key department leads, you'll play a central role in coordinating logistics, improving operational efficiency, managing site projects, monitoring costs and supporting high standards of environmental, health and safety compliance.
This is a varied, hands-on position combining project coordination and planning with practical involvement in site operations. From coordinating container loading and material movements to overseeing machinery installations, facility improvements and safety actions, you'll help ensure our sites operate safely, efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
Coordinate daily workflows, collections, deliveries and processing schedules across three sites.
Work closely with warehouse, administration, engineering and compliance teams to maintain efficient material flow.
Project & Facilities Coordination
Coordinate projects from planning through to completion, including site upgrades, machinery installations and new recycling processes.
Monitor facility, maintenance and equipment costs, helping keep projects and site improvements within budget.
