EXPERIENCED INDUSTRIAL SERVICES CONTRACTS MANAGER REQUIRED. We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee client contracts from initial enquiry through to project completion.
LOCATION: Chester, North West England. This will be an office-based role with visits to client sites.
SALARY: Β£50,000 - Β£60,000 & Company vehicle plus commission.
ROLE:
- Manage client contracts from enquiry through to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, cost estimates, and delivery schedules
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contract terms
- Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, project teams, and stakeholders
- Attend site meetings and oversee operational delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, technical teams, financial staff, and third parties
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget
- Support business growth through excellent customer service and relationship management
Experience required:
- You will have a full UK Driving Licence with 6 points or less
- Experience managing contracts within waste management, environmental services, industrial operations, or related sectors
- Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Strong budget management and commercial awareness
