12 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE EXPERIENCED WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER / SALES COORDINATOR TO DELIVER OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BOOST SALES.
LOCATION: West Bromwich area
SALARY: Up to £30,000 DOE
12-month Fixed Term Contract
ROLE:
- You deliver high-quality customer care, managing enquiries across multiple channels and supporting the Sales and IC teams with accurate quotations.
- You handle waste-input bookings, transport coordination, and all required documentation, while overseeing invoicing, resolving queries, and managing complaints.
- You will onboard new customers, support key accounts with reporting and scheduling, and liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth operational, technical, and regulatory integration.
EXPERIENCE:
You will have worked in a customer service, sales, or account management role in the waste & recycling sector.
