We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Welder/Fabricator to join our expanding team. You will be working on a variety of commercial vehicle body builds and custom projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. If you have an eye for detail and pride in your workmanship, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld aluminium components for commercial vehicle bodies
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Operate workshop machinery and tools safely and effectively
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard, working to a timely manner
- Assist with fitting and assembly work as required
- Work collaboratively with other departments to meet project deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in aluminium welding and fabrication
- Ability to work from technical drawings with precision
- Good understanding of workshop safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
