Duties and Responsibilities
- Manufacture our range of aluminium components including fuel tanks, hydraulic oil tanks, aluminium tippers for commercial vehicles aided by SOPs and CAD drawings.
- To ensure compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety.
- To ensure equality and diversity is actively promoted in the workplace.
- Other duties as required by Line Manager.
Experience, knowledge & skills
- Essential:
- Experienced MIG & TIG alloy welder.
- Working from Engineering drawings.
- Accurate use of a tape measure.
- Knowledge of materials used (box, angle & tube).
- Good time keeping skills.
- Can work on their own within a small team.
- Working to a time sheet.
- Preferred:
- Experience in steel welding.
