Role Summary
The Senior Strategy Manager leads the strategic planning and commercial development agenda for TSquared Lab. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the role sets and executes structured plans, develops new revenue and partnership opportunities, builds the brand's partner and community ecosystem, strengthens client retention, and owns commercial performance tracking across the business unit. The role works closely with TSquared Lab's training and operations leadership, the Group's marketing and finance functions, and the leadership of TSquared Health and TSquared Eats.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Analysis
- Lead the development and ongoing refresh of TSquared Lab's strategic and operating plans, aligned to Group objectives.
- Build and own the commercial analysis for the business unit, including revenue tracking, programme economics, capacity planning, and forecasting.
- Direct market, competitor, and demand research to inform strategic, pricing, and proposition decisions.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured initiatives with clear targets, timelines, and milestones.
- Client Retention and Lifetime Value
- Develop and lead the renewal strategy for prepaid training programmes, with particular focus on reducing client drop‑off as programmes approach completion.
- Design renewal pathways and engagement initiatives that strengthen client lifetime value without reliance on discounting.
- Define, track, and report retention and lifetime‑value metrics, and lead initiatives to improve them.
- Ecosystem Growth and Cross‑Sell
- Design and operationalise structured pathways that connect TSquared Lab clients with TSquared Health and TSquared Eats.
- Develop bundled propositions and referral mechanics that increase client value across the Group.
- Community Building and Industry Engagement
- Design and host structured engagement programmes – events, roundtables, and partner forums – that strengthen TSquared's standing within Singapore's premium health and performance ecosystem.
- Cultivate and activate relationships with founders, operators, clinicians, and adjacent service providers to extend the brand's reach, referral base, and partnership pipeline.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Own the commercial dashboard and key performance indicators for the business unit.
- Prepare and present regular performance, pipeline, and progress reporting to Group leadership.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with training, operations, marketing, and finance to ensure plans are executed effectively.
- Coordinate with the other TSquared business units on shared initiatives.
Requirements
- Education and Qualifications
- A recognised degree, preferably in business, commerce, economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience
- At least five to seven years of relevant experience in strategy, business development, partnerships, corporate development, or a comparable commercial function.
- A demonstrated track record of originating and leading growth and partnership initiatives, including the development of structured external partnerships.
- Experience applying commercial or financial analysis to investment, partnership, or growth decisions.
- Experience in high‑growth, startup, or venture‑backed environments – including investment, advisory, platform, or ecosystem‑engagement roles – is highly desirable.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate analysis into execution.
- Sound commercial judgement and structured strategic thinking.
- Proven capability in partnership development, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to build and activate external networks of partners, operators, and industry professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage founders, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Self‑directed and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
