We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Tutor to deliver high-quality training to groups of unemployed adults aged 19+, many of whom may face a range of barriers to learning. This role focuses on supporting learners to retrain, build confidence, and develop new skills that lead to sustainable employment with local employers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accredited and non-accredited courses in areas such as Autism Awareness, Administration, Customer Service, Management, and Managing Challenging Behaviours.
  • Teach and assess learners, identifying and addressing gaps in skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and deliver innovative, engaging learning sessions tailored to individual needs.
  • Use initial assessments and individual learning plans to personalise learning and support progression.
  • Support learners in achieving their career aspirations and moving into new employment opportunities.
  • Deliver courses within community settings, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Ensure progress against the qualification is made every session.
  • Deliver and embed British Values and Safeguarding.
