Join Unleash Yourself With Gladness CIC as a Fundraising Apprentice and gain hands-on experience supporting fundraising campaigns, donor engagement and events. You'll develop valuable skills in fundraising, administration and project support while working towards a recognised Level 3 apprenticeship in a supportive, purpose-driven organisation.

Training Course: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, 30 hours per week

Duration: 18 months

Positions Available: 2

The Role: As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience while working alongside a small and supportive team.

What You'll Do:

  • Support fundraising campaigns and activities
  • Assist with donor communications and engagement
  • Support the planning and coordination of fundraising events
  • Assist with grant applications and funding research
  • Support reporting and monitoring of fundraising activity
  • Gain experience in fundraising strategy and campaign planning
  • Use fundraising software, Excel and CRM databases with guidance
  • Support general administrative tasks related to fundraising activity
  • Work as part of a team to support organisational objectives
  • Take part in apprenticeship training, mentoring and development activities

Training: You will complete a Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by Total Training Provision. Training will take place in the workplace alongside your job role, supported by remote learning. This includes online modules, one-to-one sessions, projects and regular monthly progress reviews. At least 20% of working hours will be spent on training or study.
