Total Training Provision is seeking an Early Years Skills Coach to teach, coach and support apprentices in Early Years settings. You will enable them to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours to complete the apprenticeship and become confident practitioners. You will deliver high‑quality learning experiences, blending teaching, coaching and assessments, linking theory to practice. You’ll work with apprentices, employers and mentors, conducting regular progress reviews and providing tailored support.
