You’ll learn project processes, estimating and administration while working alongside experienced professionals, with structured training and progression opportunities available.

- Annual wage: Competitive (up to £17,000 per annum).
- Training course: Business Administrator (Level 3).
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (37.5 hours per week).
- Start date: Monday 9 February 2026.

What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors.
- Support the coordination of projects from enquiry stage through to completion.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining project documentation and records.
- Help monitor project timelines, progress and general workflow organisation.
- Support estimating activity by helping prepare estimates and related paperwork.
- Learn pricing and tender processes within the business.
- Work with internal departments to support smooth project delivery.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and occasionally with customers/clients.
- Assist with general office duties as required.
- Take part in apprenticeship training, reviews and development activities.

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Your training course:
Business Administrator. Equal to Level 3 (A level).
Training plan:
Training will take place primarily at the apprentice’s workplace at Granada Glazing, alongside regular off-the-job training delivered through planned sessions with the training provider. Training will be delivered on a regular basis throughout the apprenticeship, alongside normal working hours. The apprenticeship will be delivered by Total Training Provision, providing structured support throughout the programme. Training will include a blend of on-the-job learning, planned off-the-job training sessions, regular progress reviews and assessment activities to support the apprentice’s development and successful completion of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.
