Pay & Benefits

  • Annual wage: £14,722.50.
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch).
  • Flexibility: You may be required to work alternate Saturdays and, occasionally, hours outside the standard schedule.
  • Progression: Pay may be negotiated and could increase after a successful probation period.
  • Holiday Benefit: In addition to your holiday entitlement, you\'ll receive an extra day off for your birthday

What You\'ll Do
As an apprentice, you\'ll gain valuable business administration skills while working alongside experienced professionals.

Duties Will Include

  • Administering minor works and routine maintenance contracts.
  • Coordinating Health & Safety reports across the portfolio.
  • Obtaining contractor quotations and preparing client quotes.
  • Instructing and liaising with contractors.
  • Managing reactive and planned maintenance works.
  • Attending meetings as required.
  • Handling insurance claims.
  • Answering phone calls with excellent customer service.
  • Communicating with property owners, lettings managers, and tenants (both verbally and in writing).
  • Updating company knowledge systems.
  • Supporting administrative tasks and documentation.
