Total Training Provision is seeking an Operations Manager for Adult Skills & Employability to lead a team of Skills Coaches, coordinate timetables, recruit and support learners, and ensure timely achievement of qualifications in line with funding rules and KPIs.
You will report to the Senior Operations Manager and drive cross-functional collaboration with Curriculum, MIS, Admin, Compliance, and Quality teams to deliver high-quality provision and an excellent learner experience.
