Total Tools Brooklyn is looking for a Full-Time Commercial Sales Support Assistant who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business. This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

What will you be doing?

  • Reporting to the Commercial Accounts Support Manager
  • Manage daily Commercial enquiries and tasks according to urgency, customer requirements and business priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial customers and provide a high standard of ongoing service
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes with the intent to convert opportunities into profitable sales
  • Prompt communication with both commercial customers, suppliers, and fellow team members
  • Quoting and sourcing for commercial customer requirements
  • Following administrative processes and administrative reports and the follow up thereof
  • Involvement in picking, packing, and the delivery process

  • Previous experience using “Pronto” preferred but not essential
  • Flexible roster opportunities

  • Ability to quickly move from one task to another, based on changing priorities
