Our Client is a leading fire sprinkler specialist operating across residential and commercial construction projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Scheduling Coordinator to join their busy and fast-paced team.

The Role

This is a critical coordination role responsible for scheduling the sprinkler installation teams to meet tight and constantly changing construction programme requirements. Construction programmes move quickly, and priorities can change daily. They need someone who can stay organised, think clearly under pressure, and make confident decisions to ensure the installation teams are deployed efficiently and customer expectations are met. This is not a routine administration role. It is a busy, dynamic, and demanding position requiring someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is comfortable working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling sprinkler installers across multiple live construction projects
  • Coordinating labour and resources against changing site programmes
  • Managing and adjusting schedules in response to programme changes and site requirements
  • Liaising with site managers, customers and internal departments
  • Maintaining clear communication with installers and operational staff
  • Managing diary changes, attendance planning and reactive scheduling issues
  • Monitoring installation progress and updating schedules accordingly
  • Delivering a high level of customer service and communication
