We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially focused Client Acquisition Manager to identify, engage, and secure new clients for Totec Recruitment. This is a sales-focused role where success will be measured by your ability to generate new business opportunities, win recruitment contracts, and build long-term client relationships.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and business development activities
  • Negotiate terms of business and recruitment agreements
