We are now looking for an ambitious, commercially focused Business Development Manager to join our team based in Swansea. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Working within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment, you will have the autonomy to develop new ideas, shape business strategy, and play a key role in the continued expansion of the company.

This role is heavily focused on sales, business development, and client growth. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing existing accounts, and expanding Totec's market presence across multiple sectors. You will be expected to proactively generate leads, attend client meetings, network extensively, and deliver consultative recruitment solutions that create long-term value for clients.

  • Driving new business development activity to generate revenue growth
  • Developing and managing long-term B2B client relationships

  • Promoting the Totec brand through networking, marketing, and social media activity
  • Working to and exceeding sales targets/KPIs

Proven B2B sales and business development experience. A strong track record of winning new business and achieving targets. Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills. Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.

Competitive basic salary of £38,000 - £45,000 DOE. Commission and bonus structure. Opportunity for career progression.
