We are looking for two 7.5t Sweeper Drivers to drive and operate specialised street sweeping machinery, sweeping designated road channels, footways and public areas, often removing debris, leaves or litter.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out bulky waste collection as per the contract requirements and specifications across any rounds required.
- Leading a round for the safe and successful completion of daily operations.
- Maintaining all relevant licenses and qualifications for the role.
Your typical working hours will be: 7am - 3:15pm Monday – Friday.
What you’ll need to do the role:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good teamwork and a positive attitude to work.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to undertake further training.
- Must maintain a relevant driving license and be responsible for notifying us if the license is revoked for any reason.
- Must have a license with a C1 category.
- Ensure compliance with fleet requirements, correctly recording working hours, defects and any other compliance required.
