Total Staff Services are working with our client based in Runcorn, recruiting for a Nights Preparation Operative. This role would suit someone who has worked within either Food Manufacturing, Automotive or Pharmaceutical.
Working in a cleanroom environment, you will be gowned to the required standards, assisting in the strip down post-production of cleanrooms ready for hygiene routines to be undertaken. You will assist in the clean down of the cleanroom cabinets, machines and isolators, following very strict SOPs, transferring machines, ingredients and raw materials into the cleanroom cabinets ready for the Aseptic team the following shift for production, ensuring the correct disposal of waste from the compounding/manufacturing areas.
You will have the following:
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Trained in manual handling
- Health & Safety awareness
- A good understanding of cGMP requirements
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
