Total Spectrum are recruiting on behalf of our Engineering client, who are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join their team
This will be a straight permanent role, for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC turning machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Ensure components meet quality and tolerance requirements
- Carry out routine machine maintenance
- Apprentice trained
- The successful candidate would be running a Hurco TM8i, training would be given if required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner is essential
- Must be able to program both at the machine and offline using fusion
- Ability to program and adjust offsets
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge of ISO/Fanuc/Hurco controls (preferred)
Hours, Benefit & Salary:
- Hours are 07:15-16:00 Monday to Thursday/ 07:15-12:30 Friday.
