For Companies We are currently recruiting a time-served CNC Miller to join the busy workshop of our Engineering client, based in the Huddersfield area.
Thisis a temporary role with a view of going permanent after 12 weeks or could potentially be a straight permanent role, for the right candidate.
Duties:
-
Set, operate & program CNC mills (HURCO & Siemens).

Work from technical drawings to tight tolerances.

Produce high-quality precision components.
-
Carry out first-offinspections and maintain quality throughout production.
The candidate:

Fully time-served with strong CNC milling skills.

Confident with tooling,speeds & feeds.
-
Eye for detail and pride in your work.
-
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
-
Beneficial if you have worked in a subcontract environment and potentially program offline.
Hours, salary and benefits

Hours are 07:15 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday/ 07:15 – 12:30 Friday

Pay rate is up to £18 per hour DOE
