  • Handling sensitive information securely and maintaining confidentiality in line with data protection requirements and relevant information management standards.
  • Developing, reviewing and improving administrative processes in line with DRIVE Project guidance.
  • Responding professionally to enquiries and escalating complex queries when appropriate.
  • Building positive working relationships with partner agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting diary management, document preparation and the wider administration of the service.

About you

You will bring:

  • At least two years' frontline experience in the domestic abuse field.
  • Relevant experience relating to violence against women and girls and/or offender management.
  • Experience of using case management or police data systems.
  • An understanding of domestic abuse perpetrator behaviours, safeguarding, risk assessment and risk management.
  • Knowledge of statutory and non-statutory offender management arrangements.
  • An understanding of the causes, impact and prevalence of domestic abuse, sexual violence and violence against women and girls.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of work within agreed deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
  • Confidence using Microsoft applications and working with data.
  • Numerical skills, with the ability to interpret information and present findings clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective professional relationships.

The qualities that matter

Our client is looking for someone who remains calm under pressure, uses sound professional judgement and takes pride in accurate, reliable work.
