What you’ll be doing:
- Handling client renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments like a pro
- Building strong insurer relationships and negotiating competitive quotes
- Spotting cross-sell opportunities and advising clients on risk management
- Keeping your client files clean, compliant and up to date
- Supporting claims and ensuring clients get fast, accurate responses
- Keeping aged debtors in check and ensuring payment solutions work for your clients
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in commercial insurance
- Strong broking skills and confident with Acturis (must-have!)
- Great communication and relationship-building chops
- Highly organised, self-driven, and never misses a deadline
- You're solutions-focused and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team
- Diploma in Insurance (or working towards it – we’ll back you all the way)
