Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wholesale Manager - SMS / A2P role based in central London. The Wholesale Manager is responsible for managing and expanding SMS wholesale and A2P business relationships, including sourcing and negotiating routes, monitoring traffic, and optimizing margins. Daily tasks include analyzing route performance and pricing, coordinating with internal technical and finance teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for wholesale partners. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing commercial proposals, and maintaining accurate records of contracts, forecasts, and performance reports. The Wholesale Manager also handles partner communication, resolves operational issues, and contributes to business planning and market strategy.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Planning skills for developing strategies, managing pipelines, and driving revenue growth in SMS / A2P wholesale.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret traffic data, evaluate route performance, optimize pricing, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for negotiating with partners, handling inquiries, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Previous experience in telecoms, messaging, or SMS / A2P wholesale markets is essential.
- Ability to work with targets, handle multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and basic reporting dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
