Previous kitchen experience is essential, but full training will be provided on our equipment, systems, recipes and methods.

Safety awareness is extremely important.

The role involves working with professional kitchen equipment and tools, including sous-vide equipment, commercial slicers, ovens, blenders, mixers and knives.

We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of safe working practices and is willing to learn how to use our equipment correctly.

  • General day to day operations of the kitchen
  • Working alongside the rest of the team to keep service and production running smoothly.
  • Cleaning down work surfaces and maintaining clean and organised work areas.
  • Pot wash
  • Deep cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas as required.
  • Safe and confident knife handling during food preparation.
  • Correctly labelling prepared food and following stock rotation procedures.
  • Completing required online training as part of the role where applicable
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working in a kitchen environment.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Friendly, outgoing and confident dealing with customers, with a genuine focus on providing great customer service.
  • Comfortable moving between customer service, food preparation, cleaning and other duties throughout the working day.
  • Organised and able to follow recipes, systems, procedures and instructions consistently.
  • Interested in food and willing to learn new skills and methods.
  • Safety-conscious and comfortable working around professional kitchen equipment and knives.
  • Flexible and able to work early morning starts where required.
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and doing a job properly.
  • Working Hours

One of the biggest advantages of working with us is that this isn’t a traditional hospitality schedule.

  • Monday to Friday
