Overview
Total Safe Ltd, a BAFE-registered and growing Fire and Safety Company based in Essex, covering the South of England and London. We are looking for a Senior Relationship Account Manager to join our team, working from our offices in Corringham, Essex.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our most valued clients
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts
- Proactively identifying client needs and opportunities for account growth
- Managing the full client journey from initial enquiry through to project completion
- Overseeing work scheduling and diary management to meet client expectations
- Preparing and presenting quotations and proposals for key accounts
