Introduction
To support the Traffic Management Office with the planning, coordination and administration of traffic management operations while undertaking an apprenticeship programme. The role provides practical experience in office administration, customer service, operational planning and ensure the efficient delivery of traffic management services.

What You\'ll Do
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of traffic management works.
- Use digital platforms and the company\'s field management system to allocate, monitor and update live jobs.
- Liaise professionally with clients, local authorities, operatives and suppliers by telephone and email.
- Support the booking and coordination of labour, vehicles and traffic management equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Assist with the preparation of permits, work schedules and job packs.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Carry out general office administration duties as required.
- Support the processing of timesheets, job records and operational paperwork.
Training Outcome
The successful candidate will undertake an appropriate apprenticeship programme alongside on-the-job training. They will receive support to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to become a competent Traffic Management Co-ordinator.
