About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic business seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a varied role combining operational warehouse duties with stock control and e-commerce support.

You will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, stock levels are accurately maintained, and products are dispatched to customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Process and fulfil customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Print shipping labels and manage dispatch documentation
  • Maintain and update stock control systems, ensuring accurate inventory levels
  • Conduct regular stock checks and review stock sheets
  • Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Support updates to online sales platforms, including product listings
  • Coordinate European shipments, ensuring correct packaging and compliance
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain smooth operations

About You:

  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
  • Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks and systems
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and hands-on approach
  • Forklift licence preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate
