Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking for a role where you can take ownership of your own caseload, work autonomously, and be trusted to deliver exceptional client service? Our client is one of Glasgow's Top Boutique Legal firms, well respected in the field, and is now seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their well-established and growing legal practice in Glasgow City Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional who has a proven track record of managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion and enjoys working independently while remaining part of a collaborative and supportive team.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of both residential and commercial property transactions, taking responsibility for progressing matters efficiently and proactively from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion activities. This role requires an individual who is comfortable handling high volume files with minimal supervision and who can confidently manage client relationships, stakeholders, and transaction timelines throughout the conveyancing process.
