We are looking for an experienced Mechanical/Fabricator to join our fast-growing business.
Our work environment includes:

Mechanical/Fabricator required for a market leading food producer that operates internationally and have been established for over 30 years. This is a great opportunity for a multi skilled/Mechanical/Fabricator looking for a day s role and lots of amount of overtime.
Candidates also need to be happy working in an abattoir, food manufacturing background advantageous, not essential.
The Mechanical Fabricator role consist of both mechanical and some fabrication work of manufacturing machinery.

The Mechanical/Fabricator Role:
Fabricators and Assemblers are required to have a range of skills to perform their roles across various industries. Focusing on maintaining quality and craftsmanship in the products they fabricate, Fabricators typically do the following:
- Read detailed schematics for complex machines
- Use hand tools and power tools to trim, cut and fit components into the final product.
- Weld and solder pieces together
- Align components and connect them with bolts and screws
- Work with collaborative robots (cobots) to produce and assemble components
- Find faulty components in defective products to fix them
