Children's Support Worker

• Provide direct support to children in various settings, including their homes and community environments.

• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.

• Drive to various locations as required for support sessions and activities.

• Document progress and any changes in behaviour or circumstances accurately in accordance with organisational policies.

• Utilise IT skills to manage records, report writing, and communication with team members.
