We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Class 2 (Cat C) Driver to join our growing team. This role involves multi-drop deliveries, working alongside a driver's mate to ensure goods are delivered safely and efficiently. This is a physically active role involving handballing products, so applicants must be comfortable with manual handling and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out multi-drop deliveries to customers and businesses.
- Work alongside a driver's mate to unload and deliver goods.
- Handball deliveries where required.
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points.
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and PODs.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Comfortable with manual handling / handball work.
- Good time management and reliability due to early start times.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a two-person crew.
