About the Company
Our client is a venture-backed B2B SaaS company experiencing serious growth. They have a proven product, strong product-market fit, and are scaling fast with customers globally. They are now building out their sales development team and need a high-performing SDR to help build the outbound engine from scratch.
The Role
This is a foundational SDR role where you will build the outbound sales strategy with the GTM leadership and Account Executives. You won’t just be executing, you’ll be creating the playbook.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target prospects within the market
- Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media
- Build and implement personalized outreach strategies to maximize conversion
- Work closely with Account Executives on prospect feedback and market insights
- Continuously refine outbound approach based on performance data
- Track and report on key metrics (conversion rates, lead quality, pipeline generated)
- Partner with sales leadership to optimize strategies and improve results
About You
Essential:
- Proven outbound B2B sales experience with strong track record of booking meetings
- High KPI-driven performance record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Metrics-driven with high energy and strong work ethic
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
Desirable:
- Experience selling complex SaaS products to mid-market or enterprise clients
- Background in technical or niche vertical industries
