Branch Assistant in Pontyclun

Location: Total Plumbing Llantrisant

Are you friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused? We’re looking for a Branch Assistant to join our busy team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers while keeping the branch running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Provide first-class service to every customer, in person and over the phone.




• Accurately pick and prepare orders for deliveries, collections, and stock transfers.




• Loading vehicles on the yard and ensure goods are stored safely.




• Maintain stock levels, replenish shelves, and keep displays well-presented.




• Support with sales by processing transactions, raising paperwork, and forwarding leads.




• Handle supplier deliveries, checking quality and quantity of goods.




• Keep the branch, yard, and warehouse safe, clean, and well‑organised.




• Operate forklifts safely (training provided if required).

Hours of work: An average of 43.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday morning from 8.00am until 12.00pm.
