What You’ll Do

  • Deliver excellent face‑to‑face and telephone customer service.
  • Assist customers with sales, enquiries, and product advice.
  • Process transactions accurately for both account and cash sales.
  • Keep shelves replenished and stock well presented.
  • Pick and prepare orders for collection or delivery.
  • Help unload supplier vehicles and check goods received.
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping.
  • Assist with stock control, including regular stock takes.
  • Support merchandising and store layout when required.

Hours of work: An average of 40.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday morning from 8.00am until 12.00pm.
