  • What You’ll Do
  • Provide first‑class service to every customer, in person and over the phone.
  • Support sales by processing transactions, raising paperwork, and forwarding leads.
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders for deliveries, collections, and stock transfers.
  • Load vehicles on the yard and ensure goods are stored safely.
  • Maintain stock levels, replenish shelves, and keep displays well‑presented.
  • Handle supplier deliveries, checking quality and quantity of goods.
  • Keep the branch, yard and warehouse safe, clean, and well‑organised.
  • Operate forklifts safely (training provided if required).
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Great communication and customer service skills.

  • Reliability and flexibility to support across different tasks.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in retail, trade, or warehouse roles is a plus (but not essential).
