What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and the wider business by:
- Making outbound calls to clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling inbound customer enquiries efficiently and confidently
- Using Microsoft 365 applications to communicate, schedule activities and maintain records.
- Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and smooth business operations
- Representing our values of care, professionalism and community in every interaction
