As Senior Event Manager, you are responsible for the successful project delivery of events across our key accounts, taking accountability of everything from product sourcing and distribution through to completion. This is an opportunity to grow in this hands-on multifaceted fast-paced role, working on event briefs, client proposals and merchandise requests for some of the leading brands and industry names.
In addition, you will be required to manage large scale budgets and must be confident with complex financials that span across several currencies. Managerial experience is key, along with the ability to work as part of the wider team on project deliverables, which include an understanding of group event travel.
- 4 years+ experience in Event Management and strong project management skills.
- Creating detailed proposals and event briefs.
- Brand activations & immersive experiential events.
- Creative production & good understanding of AV and production.
- Confident managing large scale budgets and event forecasts in multiple currencies.
- Willingness to take initiative and to adapt a ‘can-do’ and flexible attitude.
- A creative and organised mindset.
- Line management experience, managing teams both on and off projects whilst managing own events and clients.
- Supporting company business development including identifying target clients, outreach, pitching and closing.
- Fluency in English is essential and proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
- Proven experience with IT programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
The coordinator of all things events related with an ability to multitask and revel in the fast-paced environment, always able to deliver to tight deadlines.
