  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously elevate our design offerings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of experience in an events, experiential marketing, or exhibition design agency.
  • Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise in experiential projects, 3D rendering, scenic design, and graphic design.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to:
  • 3D Rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion)
  • CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Creative Vision: A keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic sensibilities, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and event production logistics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Problem-Solver: A proactive and adaptable individual who can troubleshoot design challenges and offer innovative solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
