    • Oversee fabrication, scenic build, technical rehearsals and onsite installation.
    • Maintain organised project documentation including meeting notes, schedules, scope updates, action logs and status reports.
  • Global Event Execution
    • Lead creative production across multi-day conferences (general sessions, breakouts, expo halls, networking environments).
    • Manage multiple workstreams across time zones and international vendor teams.
    • Travel globally to oversee builds, rehearsals, installations and show delivery.
    • Act as onsite producer for creative build, content checks, shoots and live delivery.
    • Troubleshoot in real time to ensure seamless execution.
  • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Act as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Present production solutions with clarity and confidence.
    • Manage feedback cycles and align stakeholders around delivery priorities.
